This policy explains what information we collect when you visit jasminejordandesigns.com (the "Site") or contact us through it, and how we use it. By using the Site you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, organization (optional), type of event, event date (optional) and the message you write.
- Information collected automatically. If analytics is turned on, we receive general usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the Site. Your web host also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and time of visit.
How we use your information
- To reply to your message and discuss your event or project.
- To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
- To keep the Site secure and prevent spam or abuse.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who handles your information
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers contact-form messages to our email inbox. Your message passes through their service.
- Google Analytics, if enabled, helps us understand Site traffic. We ask Google to anonymize IP addresses and we do not load analytics if your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on the Site, which means your browser requests files from Google and your IP address is shared with them.
- Our web host stores and serves the Site.
These providers have their own privacy policies. We may also share information when the law requires it.
Cookies
The Site itself does not set marketing cookies. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics may set cookies to tell visitors apart. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.
How long we keep information
We keep contact-form messages for as long as needed to respond and to run our business, and then delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing hello@jasminejordandesigns.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, and we will honor valid requests.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or email service is completely secure.
Links to other sites
The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will show when it was last changed.
